Downloads for Guitar: The Root To Success.
Here you will find all 23 Phrasing Composition tracks, and BELOW these, all Exercise tracks (Scales and Arpeggios) found in Guitar: The Root To Success. Currently the tracks will need to be downloaded individually—hoping to provide a batch download function—(thanks for your patience pending that). They are numbered relative to the Sets and Phrasing Compositions; e.g.,
Set No. 1 is RTS_1
Set No. 2 is RTS_2
and so on... Enjoy!!
Also…soon I will be publishing the backing tracks only for each Phrasing Composition—sans guitar lead lines. Please look for these in the coming months.

All Phrasing Compositions repeat. There will always be contrast in the two sections—some more than others. Typically they will build somehow, a new counter-melody, strings or brass being added, the drummer changing certain elements of the groove, etc. Also keep in mind that you can and should use looping software. 1) Allowing you to repeat smaller sections, 2) Allowing you to slow them down, OR speed them up, as most of these were produced, performed and recorded at a fairly moderate tempo, you may wish at some point to work on your speed. I would argue that since these compositions were put together specifically as an artistic expression of phrasing (repetition), then they are well-suited to the use of multiple tempi (tempos)!
